  • Immediate Discharge Dispatch: Containers are picked up promptly after vessel discharge and road-hauled per client/agent instructions.
  • 24-Hour Notice Policy: Standard arrivals require 24 hours' prior notice (special arrangements accommodated on request).
  • Offloading Allowances:
    • 6m Container: 3 Hours
    • 12m Container: 4 Hours
  • Depot Return: Empty containers returned to specified depots strictly per agent instructions.
